Position Overview

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the selected candidate will:

Prioritize both safety and high-quality customer care.
Execute onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and cash transactions efficiently.
Provide professional, friendly service to assist passengers throughout their journey.

Collaborate within a diverse, international team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years or older.
Minimum arm reach: 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Education: High school degree.
Language proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Documentation: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) without limitations and legal right to work in the country of application.
Physical ability: Must be able to swim.
Residency: Live or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
Medical: Candidates requiring vision correction (glasses or contact lenses) must have a prescription between +4 and -4 diopters to pass the mandatory medical examination.
Attributes: Enthusiastic personality with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.

Recruitment Day Guidelines

Applicants must bring an updated CV in English, accompanied by an ID photo. This event is open to applicants regardless of their chosen Wizz Air Malta base; however, if applying for other bases within the network, please attend the locally designated recruitment event.
