Cabin Crew Recruitment Day – Budapest Base

Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritize both aviation safety and exceptional customer service.
  • Execute ground and in-flight duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide professional, friendly assistance to passengers throughout their journey.
  • Uphold the core values of the organization: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Collaborate within a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Education: High school degree.
  • Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months without limitations.
  • Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in Hungary without employer sponsorship (EU/HU Permanent Residence Permit, EU Residence Card, HU Long Term Residence Card, or EU Passport). Other permits (work, student, etc.) are not accepted.
  • Physical Reach: Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Skills: Ability to swim.
  • Appearance: No tattoos or piercings visible while in uniform.
  • Vision: Candidates requiring corrective eyewear must have a prescription between -4 and +4 diopters.
  • Residency: Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the base.

Recruitment Day Instructions

  • Applicants must apply for this specific event at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Candidates will undergo a pre-screening process; results will be communicated via email.
  • Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
  • Arrive on time; the assessment process may continue until late afternoon.
  • Travel to the recruitment venue is the responsibility of the candidate and must be organized at their own expense.
