• Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
• Deliver exceptional passenger service and support during flights.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Serbia without employer sponsorship (residence permits, such as student or work visas, are not accepted).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Ability to swim.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to reside within 60 minutes of the assigned base.
• No tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible while in uniform.
• Medical fitness (vision prescription must be between -4 and +4 for medical clearance).

Recruitment Event Information
