MJET is seeking experienced Service Crew Members to join their team in Belgrade, operating on long-haul aircraft. This role offers a 15-on/15-off roster and the opportunity to work with a professional and dynamic team on prestigious business jets, delivering exceptional safety and service standards.
About the Role

Operate on long-haul aircraft as part of a cabin crew of two Service Crew Members alongside three pilots.

Benefit from a 15-days-on/15-days-off roster, subject to potential adjustments in coordination with colleagues and management.

The contract may specify a 20-on/10-off period for training and flexibility.

Deliver the highest standards of safety and service in a business aviation environment.
Requirements

Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of Belgrade (BEG/LYBE) airport; relocation is generally not supported, with exceptions for local candidates.

Mandatory previous experience on large-cabin business aircraft, including types such as Gulfstream, Bombardier Global, Dassault Falcon, and Challenger.

Fluency in English.

Experience in business aviation is mandatory.
Qualifications and Assets

Commercial aviation background, particularly experience in First or Business Class, is highly valued.

Previous experience as an Instructor or Senior Cabin Crew member is considered a strong asset.

Training or experience in high-end hospitality skills such as silver service, fine dining, and wine knowledge (sommelier education) is highly appreciated.

Skills in CRM and Cabin Crew Instruction are optional.
