Key Responsibilities

Prioritize passenger safety while providing excellent customer service.

Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Welcome passengers and assist them throughout their journey.

Collaborate within a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens: passed matura exam).

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to swim.

Living or prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Modlin base.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

Medical fitness: Must not require vision correction exceeding +4 or -4 diopters.
