Cabin Crew Recruitment Day: Warsaw Modlin Base

Wizz Air is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join its award-winning cabin crew team. We are hosting a recruitment event for our Warsaw Modlin base and invite candidates who are passionate about aviation to attend.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize passenger safety while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers and assist them throughout their journey.
• Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborate within a diverse team of over 9,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian with PESEL; no other residence permits accepted).
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school exam certificate (for Polish citizens: passed matura exam).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to swim.
• Living or prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Warsaw Modlin base.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Medical fitness: Must not require vision correction exceeding +4 or -4 diopters.

Recruitment Day Instructions

• Bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
• Candidates must apply for their preferred base to avoid rejection.
• All applicants will undergo a mandatory pre-screening process with results communicated via email.
• The process may last until late afternoon; please plan accordingly.
• Travel to the event is the sole responsibility and expense of the candidate.
