Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant Position

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and provide excellent customer care.
  • Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
  • Welcome and assist passengers throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Hold the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card or EU Passport). Other residence permits are not accepted.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a high school degree.
  • Have the legal right to live and work in the country of application.
  • Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.
  • Note: Prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses above +4 or below -4 may impact the ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Event Information
