Join Our Recruitment Day

Wizz Air continuously recruits for Cabin Crew positions. This recruitment day presents an opportunity to learn more and apply. Prospective attendees are advised to review the requirements beforehand, as compliance will be assessed during the event. Candidates should arrive punctually, as the process may extend until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.

Please note that participation in this recruitment event is open to all applicants for Wizz Air Malta bases. For other network bases, local recruitment events should be attended.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

• Prioritizing safety and customer care onboard.
• Performing flight duties in accordance with company policies.
• Managing in-flight sales and cash handling operations.
• Providing a welcoming and helpful experience for all passengers.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma (Baccalaureate Degree) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the application country.
• Ability to swim.
• Residency or readiness to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, accommodating work schedule requirements.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
• An enthusiastic personality with a strong aptitude for interpersonal interaction.
• Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
