About the Recruitment Day
Prospective candidates are encouraged to attend the upcoming Recruitment Day to be considered for Cabin Crew roles. It is essential to review the outlined requirements, as compliance will be assessed during the event. Participants should arrive punctually, as the process may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants must bring an updated English Curriculum Vitae (CV) with an identification photo.
Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, irrespective of the specific base they are applying for.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
- Prioritize and deliver exceptional safety and customer care standards onboard.
- Execute all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
- Extend a warm welcome to passengers and provide assistance throughout their flight.
- Uphold Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become an integral part of a vibrant community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements for Applicants
- Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
- Must have the legal right to work in Hungary:
- Hungarian/EU Permanent Residence Permit,
- EU Residence Card,
- Hungarian Long Term Residence Card.
- Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Possess the legal right to reside and work in the country of their chosen base.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work shifts.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings that would be apparent when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Please note: Individuals requiring prescription glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
