Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant

Essential Candidate Requirements

- Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport (minimum validity of six months).
- Demonstrated legal right to work and reside in Montenegro without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Fluent proficiency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Completion of a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes (an essential operational requirement).
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Commitment to residing within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Podgorica), prepared to travel according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the official uniform.
- A naturally enthusiastic disposition with a strong passion for engaging with people and delivering service.
Medical Note: Applicants whose eyeglass or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
