Key Responsibilities of the Flight Attendant

Essential Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possession of a minimum high school degree.
• Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to perform an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A requirement to be able to swim.
• Possession of a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations).
• Must hold a Macedonian Passport and possess the unrestricted right to work in North Macedonia without the need for employer sponsorship. (Note: Alternative residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted.)
• The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
• Must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a 60-minute commuting distance of the assigned base, prepared to adhere to the operational work schedule.
• Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
• *Medical Note:* Candidates with a visual prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
