Key Responsibilities of the Flight Attendant
The successful applicant will uphold the highest standards of safety and customer care. Primary duties include:

Essential Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a minimum high school degree.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to perform an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A requirement to be able to swim.
- Possession of a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations).
- Must hold a Macedonian Passport and possess the unrestricted right to work in North Macedonia without the need for employer sponsorship. (Note: Alternative residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted.)
- The candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
- Must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a 60-minute commuting distance of the assigned base, prepared to adhere to the operational work schedule.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
- *Medical Note:* Candidates with a visual prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
