About the Role

Recruitment Day Details

• Candidates must arrive punctually. The recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.
• An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
• Applications should be submitted for the preferred base; otherwise, rejection may occur.
• All applicants will undergo pre-screening, with results communicated via email.
• Candidates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and associated costs.

• Prioritize safety and customer care during all operations.
• Adhere to company policies for on-board and ground duties.
• Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
• Provide a welcoming experience for passengers and assist them throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity and no limitations.
• Right to work in North Macedonia without employer sponsorship.
• Must not possess any other Residence permits (e.g., Work, Student permits).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma.
• Legal right to live and work in the country of application.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared for this commute based on the work schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic with a strong aptitude for working with people.
• Note: Spectacle or contact lens wearers with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
