Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew Position

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the highest standards of safety and customer care are maintained on board at all times.
Perform all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
Provide a welcoming and professional service to all passengers, assisting them throughout the flight.
Efficiently manage in-flight sales transactions and cash handling procedures.
Embody and promote the core company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.
A minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Completion of a high school education.
A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and no travel restrictions.
The legal right to live and work in Poland without employer sponsorship (e.g., EU Passport, EU Residence Card, or Ukrainian with PESEL status). Please note that other permits, such as student or work permits, are not accepted.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to swim.
Willingness to reside within a 60-minute commute of the assigned base.
No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
A passion for customer service and working effectively within a team.
Please be advised that to pass the mandatory medical examination, vision prescription must not be above +4 or below -4.
