Wizz Air frequently hosts Recruitment Days across various locations. Prospective candidates are encouraged to review upcoming events and attend a session convenient for them, regardless of their preferred base. During these events, applicants' compliance with all stated requirements will be assessed. Candidates should arrive punctually, be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon, and bring an updated English CV complete with an ID photograph.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and customer care. Key duties include:
- Focusing on both safety and customer care aspects, ensuring passenger well-being and satisfaction.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and cash handling processes.
- Warmly welcoming passengers with a smile and providing assistance throughout their flight.
- Acting in accordance with Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Being an integral part of a new family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements for the Cabin Crew Position
Candidates applying for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months' validity.
- Hold the unrestricted right to work in North Macedonia, specifically possessing a Macedonian Passport, without requiring employer sponsorship. (Note: Any other residence permit, such as a work or student visa, is not accepted).
- Be 18 years of age or over.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Have completed a high school degree.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be a competent swimmer.
- Be willing to reside within a 60-minute commute of their chosen base and prepared to make this journey upon work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Please note that if applicants wear glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
