- This recruitment event is open to individuals applying for any Wizz Air Malta base. Candidates interested in other Wizz Air network bases are advised to attend a recruitment event held locally for that specific base.
Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant:
The Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant is responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and comfort for all passengers, diligently adhering to company policies, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing equally on both safety protocols and customer care aspects throughout all flights.
- Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s operational policies and procedures.
- Effectively managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Warmly welcoming passengers with a positive demeanor and providing assistance throughout the duration of the flight.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew:
Prospective Cabin Crew / Flight Attendants must fulfill the following essential criteria:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is required.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is mandatory.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Candidates must hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and possess the legal right to work in the country of application (e.g., Romania for the Bucharest base).
- The ability to swim is a prerequisite.
- Applicants must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings are permitted on parts of the body when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people is highly valued.
Important Medical Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
