The Role: Working as a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
The Flight Attendant role is pivotal to ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer experience on every flight. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Focusing meticulously on both safety protocols and superior customer care standards.
- Performing essential duties both onboard and on the ground in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash handling.
- Providing a warm welcome to all passengers and offering assistance throughout the duration of the flight.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective applicants are required to meet the following criteria. Compliance with these requirements will be thoroughly checked during the recruitment event.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- A minimum arm reach of 210 cm must be achieved while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is mandatory.
- Fluency (both written and spoken) in the English language is essential.
- Candidates must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country associated with the base being applied for.
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to swim.
- Candidates must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of their chosen base, and must be able to complete this journey based on the work schedule.
- Tattoos and/or visible piercings on parts of the body exposed when wearing the standard uniform are prohibited.
- Demonstration of enthusiasm and a strong affinity for working with people is required.
- Note on Vision: Applicants whose corrective lens prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
Recruitment Day Preparation Guidelines
Applicants should note the following instructions for the event:
- Candidates must arrive precisely on time (09:00 AM). The process may extend into the late afternoon.
- A current, updated CV in English, including an identification photo, must be presented.
- While this event is primarily for the Bucharest base, candidates may attend regardless of the specific Wizz Air Malta base they are targeting. However, those wishing to join other bases within the network should generally attend recruitment events held locally at those network bases.
