The Role of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member

As a valued member of the Cabin Crew, the individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers. Key responsibilities include:

• Focusing on both critical safety procedures and exceptional customer care aspects throughout all flight phases.
• Performing essential on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s established policies and aviation regulations.
• Managing in-flight sales, handling cash transactions, and promoting a range of on-board products.
• Warmly welcoming passengers, providing assistance during the flight, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Acting in accordance with Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Collaborating as an integral part of a diverse and thriving family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Essential Requirements for Applicants

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this vital role:

• Aged 18 years or older.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, a crucial safety requirement.
• Hold a valid high school degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity, and the unrestricted right to work in Slovakia.
• Be capable of swimming confidently.
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen Bratislava base, and be ready to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
• Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic, positive, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Please note: Candidates with a spectacle or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
