Candidate Requirements

Wizz Air seeks highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who meet the following essential criteria for Cabin Crew positions:

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is required.
• Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency, both written and spoken, in English is mandatory.
• A valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining) and the legal right to work in Romania are essential.
• The ability to swim confidently.
• Residency within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Bucharest Otopeni), or a willingness to relocate, with the preparedness to make this journey according to work schedules.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the airline uniform.
• An enthusiastic and personable demeanor, demonstrating a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
• Please note that a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may render a candidate unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
