- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity and unrestricted right to work in Romania.
- Proficient swimming ability.
- Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Bucharest Otopeni) or willingness to relocate accordingly, ensuring punctual arrival for scheduled duties.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition.
- Candidates should note that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may lead to an unsuccessful mandatory medical examination.
