Recruitment Day Guidelines:
- Attendees should ensure they meet the listed requirements, as compliance will be verified during the event.

- Candidates must bring an updated English CV including an ID photograph.
Role Responsibilities
Working as Cabin Crew involves a dual focus on safety and customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance during the journey.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
- Hold the right to work in North Macedonia without employer sponsorship.
- Possess a Macedonian Passport. (Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student visas, are not accepted).
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, prepared to travel for work as per schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
