Candidates should arrive punctually and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Attendees are advised to review the requirements listed below, as compliance will be checked during the event.
The successful candidate will focus on both safety and customer care, performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies. This includes managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a smile, and assisting them throughout the flight. Cabin Crew members are expected to act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, joining a family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes. A high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is mandatory. Candidates must be fluent, both written and spoken, in English and possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) with the right to work in Romania. The ability to swim is required. Candidates should live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the Bucharest Otopeni base and be able to make this journey according to the work schedule. Visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body when wearing uniform are not permitted. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people. Please note that if wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4, candidates may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
