Role Responsibilities
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a dynamic range of duties focused on ensuring passenger safety and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritising both safety protocols and customer care standards.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales activities, including cash handling.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing as a valuable member of a large team of aviation enthusiasts.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and possess the legal right to work in the country of application (Romania).
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within, or be willing to relocate to, within 60 minutes of the designated base, and be prepared to travel to the base according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings on body parts exposed when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Please note that candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
