Position Summary:
The Cabin Crew member is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service. This involves executing a range of duties both on board the aircraft and on the ground, strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage passenger safety and customer care aspects of flight operations.
- Perform all assigned on-board and ground duties in accordance with company regulations.
- Handle in-flight sales transactions and manage cash effectively.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for passengers and offer assistance throughout the flight.
- Embody company values, including dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, in all interactions.
- Function as an integral part of a large team of dedicated aviation professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is required.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and possess the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute radius of the assigned base, with willingness to commute based on the work schedule.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people.
- Please note: Individuals with a vision prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may be ineligible due to mandatory medical examination requirements.
