Required Qualifications and Attributes
Candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no travel limitations.
- Hold the legal right to work in North Macedonia without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Possess a Macedonian Passport. Please note: Any other Residence Permit (Work, Student, etc.) is not accepted.
- Be aged 18 years or over at the time of application.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within, or be willing to relocate within, 60 minutes of the chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey based on the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed while wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Please note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
