Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Role Summary
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the flight. This role is integral to the airline's operations, contributing to both passenger experience and onboard revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a primary focus on passenger safety and care, creating a positive and memorable travel experience.
- Manage inflight sales effectively, enhancing the purchasing environment and driving onboard sales performance.
- Serve as a key contributor to the buy-on-board business model, playing a crucial role in generating revenue for the company, with opportunities to earn attractive commission.
- Execute all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Warmly welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout their journey.

Essential Requirements
- Must hold Polish citizenship.
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining, free from limitations.
- Must be aged 18 or over at the time of application.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school degree is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must currently reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the assigned base, prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard uniform.
- Must possess an enthusiastic personality and enjoy interacting with people.
