Candidates are encouraged to attend any recruitment event regardless of their preferred base. Please arrive promptly, as the selection process may extend into the late afternoon. Attendees should bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo. Familiarity with the requirements listed below is essential, as compliance will be assessed during the event.

Working as Cabin Crew:

Cabin Crew members are responsible for both safety and customer service aspects of the flight. They perform on-board and ground duties in adherence to company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, and welcome and assist passengers throughout their journey. Cabin Crew are expected to embody the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, becoming part of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Possess the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (accepted documents include EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian passport with PESEL). Other residence permits (Work, Student, etc.) are not accepted.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possess a high school degree.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the chosen base, prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
• Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
• Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may face challenges passing the mandatory medical examination.
