The recruitment day will involve a review of qualifications. Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared to stay until late afternoon. Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Attendance at any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the base of application.
Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
- Prioritize both passenger safety and exceptional customer care.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for on-board and ground duties.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling with accuracy.
- Greet passengers with a welcoming demeanor and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Uphold the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must possess a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and possess the right to work in the country of application.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the designated base and be prepared for this commute based on the work schedule.
- Must not have any visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic and personable individual with a passion for working with people.
- Please note that a prescription above +4 or below -4 may affect the mandatory medical examination outcome.
