As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will focus on upholding safety standards and providing exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include performing on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers, and embodying the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The successful candidate will become part of a family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes. A high school degree and fluency in written and spoken English are required. Candidates must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months) and the right to work in the country for which they are applying. The ability to swim is essential. The candidate must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base and be ready to commute according to the work schedule. Visible tattoos and/or piercings while wearing the uniform are not permitted. Candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people. Please note that applicants with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
