Position Overview:
The Cabin Crew Planner will play a crucial role in planning crew rosters that enable Wizz Air to operate its commercial flight program efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Build crew schedules based on the commercial flight program while adhering to duty time limitations.
- Optimize crew rosters to maximize productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Oversee crew resources to ensure program coverage, operational resilience, and targeted crew utilization levels.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including Cabin and Flight Operations, Training Department, Human Resources, and Recruitment, to ensure proper staffing and qualification levels.
- Prioritize crew fatigue management and well-being.
- Track, monitor, and modify cockpit and cabin crew rosters.
- Lead process and system improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the HP bidding and Roster Preferences module.
- Maintain consistent cooperation with the Training Department representatives and Crew Training Planning regarding rostering principles and training requirements.
- Award 100% of holiday entitlement on a yearly basis.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management.
- Achieve a balanced distribution of work among available crews.
- Ensure training duties are balanced among suitably qualified trainers.
- Publish rosters in AIMS at least 14 days in advance.

- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements is advantageous.
