Recruitment Days
Prospective candidates are invited to attend Wizz Air's ongoing Recruitment Days. Individuals are encouraged to review upcoming events to find locations and dates nearest to them.
Recruitment Day Preparations:
- Prior to attending, candidates must ensure they meet all stated requirements, as compliance will be verified during the event.
- Punctual arrival is essential, and applicants should be prepared for a selection process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- An updated English CV, complete with an ID photo, is required for submission.
- Candidates may attend any Recruitment Day for applications specifically to Wizz Air Malta bases. For other network bases, attendance at a local recruitment event is advised.

Candidate Requirements:
- Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possession of an arm reach of 210 cm (approximately 82.7 inches) while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of a high school diploma (Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent).
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A valid, unrestricted passport (minimum 6 months validity) and legal authorization to work in the country of application.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Residency within 60 minutes of the chosen base, or willingness to relocate to meet this requirement, ensuring prompt commute based on work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic, customer-focused, and people-oriented disposition.
- Please Note: Candidates with visual corrections exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not meet the criteria for the mandatory medical examination.
