West Atlantic | Instructor
We are looking for a Chief Flight Instructor at West Atlantic in Denmark, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of training and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training.
- Act as instructor as well as leading our other instructors in close cooperation with our NPCT.
- Fly as a Line Captain when not engaged in training.
- Support NPCT and Chief Pilot in preparation of revisions of our SOP and OM-D.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Flight Instructor or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation regulations, including SCAA, PART FCL, EASA, and OM-D.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing training programmes.
Required Personal Competence:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Genuine interest in helping others develop and excel.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Line Training experience.
- TRI/TRE qualification.
- Residence within a 90 minutes distance from Copenhagen Airport.
