Important Information for Recruitment Day Attendees

• Candidates are advised to review the specified requirements prior to attending, as these will be assessed during the event.
• Punctuality is essential; please arrive precisely at the scheduled time. Be aware that the recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.
• Candidates must present an updated English CV with an attached ID photograph.
• Participation in this recruitment event is open to all applicants, irrespective of their preferred Wizz Air Malta base. For opportunities at other Wizz Air network bases, please attend a locally organized recruitment event.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

As a member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers, while also delivering exceptional customer care.
• Executing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to the company's established policies and procedures.
• Managing in-flight sales operations, including cash handling.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all passengers, assisting them throughout their journey.
• Upholding Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Becoming an integral part of a growing family of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Cabin Crew Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to achieve an arm's reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A valid passport with no restrictions (minimum validity of 6 months) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Residency within a 60-minute commute of the intended base or readiness to relocate.
• Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• A positive and enthusiastic disposition, with a genuine passion for working with people.

Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not be eligible to pass the mandatory medical examination.
