Recruitment Day Information

  • Candidates are strongly advised to review all listed requirements prior to the event, as compliance will be assessed.
  • Punctuality is essential. Please arrive on time, as the recruitment process may extend until the late afternoon.
  • Attendees must bring an updated English Curriculum Vitae (CV) with an attached ID photograph.
  • Participation in any recruitment event is permitted, irrespective of the specific base one is applying for.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

As a member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, individuals will be entrusted with crucial responsibilities, including:

  • Prioritizing both passenger safety and excellent customer care.
  • Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies.
  • Managing in-flight sales and cash handling procedures efficiently.
  • Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout their journey.
  • Upholding Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Becoming an integral part of a vibrant community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Candidates

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum validity of 6 months).
  • Have the legal right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. This includes individuals holding:
    • An EU Residence Card
    • An EU Passport
    • Ukrainian citizenship with a PESEL number
    Note: Other residence permits, such as Work or Student permits, are not accepted.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a high school diploma.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate. Candidates must be ready to undertake this journey according to their work schedule.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be apparent when wearing the uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

Important Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
