Recruitment Day Essentials

- An updated English CV accompanied by an ID photograph is required.
- Attendance at this recruitment event is permissible regardless of the intended Wizz Air Malta base. For recruitment at any other network base, candidates must attend a local recruitment event.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Prioritizing both safety and customer care protocols.
- Executing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
- Providing a welcoming and supportive experience for passengers throughout their flight.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Essential Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An unassisted arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A High School Degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Ability to swim.
- Residence within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or readiness to relocate, and the ability to travel to the base according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Please Note: Individuals wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
