The Role of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

Working as a Wizz Air Cabin Crew member, individuals are primarily responsible for ensuring both the safety and comfort of passengers while providing outstanding customer care. Key responsibilities include:

• Focusing on both safety protocols and customer care aspects throughout all operations.
• Performing essential on-board and ground duties in full compliance with the Company’s established policies and procedures.
• Managing in-flight sales activities and accurately handling cash transactions.
• Warmly welcoming passengers with a smile and offering assistance throughout their flight journey.
• Acting in strict accordance with Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate fluency – both written and spoken – in English.
• Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and be ready to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
• Not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
• Please note: If an applicant wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
