About the Role
The Wizz Air Flight Attendant role focuses on delivering exceptional safety standards and outstanding customer care. Responsibilities include performing both onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and regulations. Cabin Crew members manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and provide assistance throughout the flight to ensure a comfortable and safe journey. The role requires individuals to act in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, becoming part of a large family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity without limitations.
- Possess the unrestricted right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship. Accepted documents include EU Residence Cards, EU Passports, or Ukrainian with PESEL status. Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be able to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may prevent them from passing the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
