Essential Qualifications for Aspiring Cabin Crew
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficiency in English (advanced written and spoken) is mandatory, with a B2 level assessment conducted during the selection process.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating calmness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Possession of a European passport for unrestricted travel within the network.
- A valid Codice fiscale number.
- Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation); training is available for those without.
- Fitness for the EASA medical examination is required.
- Absence of any criminal record.
- Ability to swim 100 meters.
- Residence within a 60-minute commute of the assigned airport.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings that could compromise professional appearance.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to ensure accessibility to safety equipment.
