Essential Qualifications for Aspiring Cabin Crew

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced written and spoken) is mandatory, with a B2 level assessment conducted during the selection process.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating calmness, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Possession of a European passport for unrestricted travel within the network.
  • A valid Codice fiscale number.
  • Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation); training is available for those without.
  • Fitness for the EASA medical examination is required.
  • Absence of any criminal record.
  • Ability to swim 100 meters.
  • Residence within a 60-minute commute of the assigned airport.
  • Absence of visible tattoos or piercings that could compromise professional appearance.
  • Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) to ensure accessibility to safety equipment.
