About the Role

Volotea is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Cabin Crew team. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and confidence of every passenger on board. Requirements to Join the Volotea Cabin Crew Team

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (equivalent to a B2 level, assessed during selection). Effective communication is crucial in aviation.
• Proficiency in other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, essential for maintaining the high standards of experience expected from passengers of a leading European low-cost airline. The ability to handle situations calmly, empathetically, and professionally is key.
• Hold a European passport to facilitate unrestricted travel within the airline's network.
• Possess a valid Cabin Crew Certification (Attestation) or be eligible to undergo the required training provided by Volotea.
• Be medically fit according to EASA requirements.
• Have no criminal record.
• Be able to swim 100 meters.
• Reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport base to ensure readiness for standby duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance without visible tattoos or piercings.
• Meet a minimum height requirement of 157 cm (without shoes) to access safety equipment effectively.
