Key Mission and Responsibilities
The intern will be tasked with contributing to the implementation of modern training methodologies, focusing specifically on distance learning content creation for pilots. Core responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing the trainee with the specific requirements of advanced pilot courses, particularly the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) models. This spans theoretical concepts, software development tools, and operational documentation.
- Conducting a comprehensive study of existing face-to-face training materials to accurately identify key knowledge elements essential for both pilots and instructor pilots.
- Benchmarking the state-of-the-art methodologies regarding distance learning and self-learning practices within the aviation and technical education sectors.
- Developing a robust project proposal and implementation plan for the "TRAINING EBT" initiative within the ATR training entity.
- Actively participating in the development and creation of engaging course content for this new program.
- Focusing on designing interactive and engaging content for learners, utilizing advanced online collaboration tools, while simultaneously ensuring chosen technical solutions prioritize long-term maintainability and ease of content updates.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
This internship is ideally suited for a candidate meeting the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s level degree (Bac+5) from a major aeronautical school and seeking an end-of-studies internship.
- Demonstrates keen interest in aviation operations, specifically flight training and instructional methodologies.
- Possesses strong existing knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and educational/learning processes.
- Eager to share knowledge and capable of creating highly interactive training content using the latest technological tools.
- Exhibits excellent communication, organizational prowess, and a high degree of autonomy in managing tasks.
