Job Summary

Regional Transport Aircraft (ATR) GIE is offering an internship opportunity within its Toulouse site. This position integrates the intern as a full team member with significant responsibilities, providing valuable experience in a market-leading aviation company.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarization with pilot course specifics, including CBTA and EBT models, covering theoretical concepts, software development tools, and operational documentation.
• Study of current face-to-face training materials to identify essential knowledge for pilots and instructor pilots.
• Conducting a benchmark of state-of-the-art distance and self-learning methodologies.
• Developing a project for the implementation of the 'TRAINING EBT' project within the training entity.
• Participating in the development of course content, with a focus on creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Considering maintainability and ease of updating courses in the selection of technical solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Student at an aeronautical school (Master's level) seeking an end-of-studies internship.
• Interest in aviation operations, particularly pilot training.
• Eagerness to share knowledge and create interactive training content using the latest technologies.
• Possession of good regulatory and learning process knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and autonomy skills.
