Internship - Pilot Training Development
Regional Transport Aircraft (ATR) GIE is seeking a motivated intern to join our Toulouse site. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to pilot training development within a market-leading aviation company.
Responsibilities
- Familiarization with pilot course specifics, including CBTA and EBT models, theoretical concepts, software development tools, and operational documentation.
- Study of current face-to-face training materials to identify essential knowledge for pilots and instructor pilots.
- Conducting a benchmark of state-of-the-art distance learning and self-learning methodologies.
- Developing a project for the implementation of the 'TRAINING EBT' project within the training entity.
- Participating in the development of course content, focusing on creating interactive and engaging material for learners.
- Considering maintainability and ease of updating courses in the selection of technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree at an aeronautical engineering school.
- Interest in aviation operations, specifically pilot training.
- Eagerness to share knowledge and create interactive training content utilizing the latest technologies.
- Good understanding of regulatory and learning processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and autonomy skills.
