Position Overview

Vista America is seeking professional, solution-oriented First Officers to serve as brand ambassadors while delivering luxury aviation services. Reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, successful candidates will join a global team committed to professional growth, including advancement to larger aircraft and leadership roles.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Year 1 guaranteed base pay: $98,100 (G-IV / G450)
  • Additional compensation: Extra day pay, total flight hour incentives, and paid training days
  • Retention bonuses awarded after 3, 6, and 9 years of service
  • Per diem: $75 (domestic) / $120 (international) per day
  • Flexible vacation options or an in-lieu of vacation bonus of $10,000

Quality of Life and Operational Support

  • Robust safety infrastructure, including a "Just" Culture, safety management systems, and a fatigue management program
  • Advanced maintenance and aircraft refurbishment support teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • ATP Certificate
  • 2,000 hours total fixed-wing time
  • 750 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
  • 250 hours multi-engine time
  • Jet experience (required)
  • G-IV or G450 type rating (preferred)

Candidate Requirements

  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • No more than 2 checkride failures
  • No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years
  • Compliance with ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 regarding international commercial air transport operations
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Unrestricted authorization to travel to and from all served cities and countries
  • Recent flight experience: 150 hours in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days
