Essential Selection Criteria

Applicants for the Cabin Crew Specialist position must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
• Must have demonstrated at least three years of previous full-time or part-time employment experience in roles focused on customer service or caring for people.
• Possession of a current, valid passport with a minimum of 18 months validity remaining.
• Holding a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Possession of a current Australian First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
• Ability to work a demanding 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
• Comfort and willingness to work in proximity to domestic animals (cats and dogs) who may travel onboard the aircraft.
• Physical criteria include the ability to reach a height of 180cm.
