Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Specialist
The successful Cabin Crew Specialist will serve as a vital ambassador for the airline, focusing equally on guest welfare and operational safety. Core duties include:

Essential Selection Criteria
Applicants for the Cabin Crew Specialist position must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
- Must have demonstrated at least three years of previous full-time or part-time employment experience in roles focused on customer service or caring for people.
- Possession of a current, valid passport with a minimum of 18 months validity remaining.
- Holding a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Possession of a current Australian First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
- Ability to work a demanding 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
- Comfort and willingness to work in proximity to domestic animals (cats and dogs) who may travel onboard the aircraft.
- Physical criteria include the ability to reach a height of 180cm.
