The ideal Cabin Crew Member will possess an innate passion for hospitality, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to service delivery. Essential attributes include a calm and composed demeanor, particularly under pressure, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to safety protocols. Candidates should be naturally charming, approachable, and possess a clear-headed approach to problem-solving, making guests feel secure and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and farewell guests onboard the aircraft, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Conduct clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Provide exceptional and proactive in-flight service to all guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with a personalised touch.
- Offer dedicated assistance to guests with special requirements and ensure the comfort, well-being, and safety of unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a diverse and dynamic team, fostering a supportive, professional, and inclusive working environment.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in managing unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or operational emergencies, maintaining composure and confidence under pressure to reassure guests.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
- A minimum of three (3) years of prior employment experience in customer-facing or people-centric roles, either part-time or full-time, demonstrating a strong service ethic and ability to care for customers.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months validity remaining from the date of application.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Possess a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Availability and flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm without assistance.
