Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:

• The Cabin Crew Member will be responsible for warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to passengers upon embarkation and disembarkation, creating a positive first and last impression.
• This role involves delivering clear, comprehensive pre-flight safety briefings and meticulously ensuring all passengers adhere to critical safety regulations and procedures throughout the flight.
• Outstanding in-flight service will be provided, anticipating and responding to the needs of all guests with professionalism, genuine hospitality, and a proactive approach.
• Dedicated assistance will be offered to passengers requiring special care, including those with disabilities, elderly travellers, and unaccompanied minors, ensuring their journey is comfortable, dignified, and enjoyable.
• The Cabin Crew Member will work collaboratively and effectively as an integral part of a diverse Cabin Crew team, fostering a positive, efficient, and harmonious operational environment.
• Demonstration of resilience and composure will be required when managing unforeseen circumstances such as environmental factors, operational delays, or emergencies, instilling confidence and reassurance in passengers.
• The role involves operating within an environment where pets (cats and dogs) may occasionally travel onboard, requiring comfort and professional interaction.
