Key Responsibilities

A Cabin Crew Member will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to all passengers onboard the aircraft.
• Delivering clear, comprehensive pre-flight safety briefings and meticulously ensuring passenger adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Providing outstanding, proactive service to all guests, anticipating needs, and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
• Assisting passengers with special needs, including those requiring additional support or specific accommodations.
• Creating a positive, secure, and engaging environment for unaccompanied minors, making their journey enjoyable.
• Working collaboratively within a diverse team to maintain operational efficiency and a harmonious onboard atmosphere.
• Demonstrating composure and confidence in handling unforeseen circumstances such as environmental factors, flight delays, or emergencies, ensuring passenger reassurance.
• Being comfortable with the presence of animals, specifically cats and dogs, who may travel on board the aircraft from time to time.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and aviation authority regulations.
