Key Responsibilities of the Flight Attendant

The Cabin Crew team member plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Warmly welcoming passengers onboard the aircraft and formally bidding them farewell upon arrival.
• Executing comprehensive pre-flight and in-flight safety and security procedures.
• Providing clear, precise safety briefings and rigorously ensuring passenger adherence to all aviation regulations.
• Delivering superior in-flight service and promoting an excellent guest experience.
• Providing dedicated assistance to passengers with special needs and requirements.
• Offering specialized care and ensuring the welfare of unaccompanied minors (UMs).
• Comfortable working in an environment where service animals and domestic pets may travel onboard the aircraft.
