This Cabin Crew position, based in Perth, offers a distinct lifestyle compared to traditional roles. While cabin crew members often travel extensively, this role primarily focuses on daily return flights, with only occasional overnight stays. This allows for a better work-life balance, with most shifts concluding back home on the same day.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel management is highly valued and considered relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and farewelling passengers.
- Delivering clear and comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring passenger adherence.
- Providing exceptional service to all guests, including those with special needs.
- Ensuring a positive and enjoyable flying experience, particularly for unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment and interacting with new people daily.
- Demonstrating resilience and composure when handling unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, flight delays, or emergencies.
- Maintaining a calm and confident presence to ensure passengers feel secure and well-cared for.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- At least three years of previous employment (full-time or part-time) in roles focused on people or customer care.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- A current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate, or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
- Comfortable with the presence of cats and dogs who may travel on board.
