Candidates with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or hotel industries are highly encouraged to apply, as their experience is considered valuable and directly transferable to the dynamic aviation environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a charming disposition, a clear-headed approach, and a down-to-earth attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional guest service from boarding to disembarkation, ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Delivering clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring all passengers adhere to established safety procedures.
• Offering brilliant service to all guests, assisting those with special needs, and creating an engaging and enjoyable experience for unaccompanied minors.
• Collaborating effectively within a diverse team, fostering a positive and cohesive onboard environment.
• Demonstrating adaptability and composure when managing unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, operational disruptions, or emergencies, thereby maintaining guest confidence and comfort.
• Meeting new people daily and experiencing diverse locations as part of a dynamic and varied work schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time or part-time employment experience in customer-centric roles focused on guest care.
• Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, encompassing early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
• Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
• Comfortable interacting with animals (cats and dogs) who may be onboard as traveling passengers.
