Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, the successful candidate will:
- Welcome guests onboard and bid them farewell upon arrival.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive safety briefings and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Provide brilliant service to all guests, attending to their needs with care and efficiency.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for unaccompanied minors.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Meet new people and experience different locations daily.
- Demonstrate composure and confidence when handling unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or emergencies, ensuring guest reassurance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of previous employment experience in part-time or full-time roles focused on caring for people or customers.
- Hold a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity.
- Possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Hold a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Be available and willing to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
- Be comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel onboard the aircraft occasionally.
- Be able to reach a height of 180cm.
