Position: First Officer
Vietravel Airlines is seeking accomplished and motivated individuals to join its esteemed flight crew as a First Officer. Role Overview
The First Officer serves as an integral member of the flight deck team, primarily responsible for supporting the Captain in all phases of flight. This includes ensuring the utmost safety, maintaining operational excellence, and adhering strictly to all regulatory and company-specific compliance standards. The position demands exceptional piloting abilities, robust decision-making skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations, from pre-flight planning through post-flight procedures.
- Operate aircraft in strict accordance with Vietravel Airlines' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and international aviation regulations.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness and apply sound aeronautical decision-making in all operational scenarios.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security directives.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork within the flight crew, with cabin crew, and with air traffic control personnel.
- Contribute positively to a professional and disciplined flight deck environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ATPL knowledge credit (frozen ATPL).
- Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Proficiency in English, ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Demonstrated flight experience meeting all regulatory and company minimum hour requirements.
- Current type rating on relevant aircraft types operated by Vietravel Airlines is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Willingness and ability to be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
