Cabin Service Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Service Supervisor to join our dynamic aviation team. Based at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), this pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of in-flight service delivery and cabin crew performance, contributing directly to an exceptional passenger experience and maintaining compliance with all operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provision of highly qualified cabin crew equipped with the requisite knowledge, skills, and professional demeanor to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Monitor, respond to, and supervise the implementation and adherence to established service standards, professional conduct, and positive attitudes among Cabin Crew members.
  • Conduct regular engagements with Cabin Crew and perform in-flight observations to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to enhance overall service performance.
  • Oversee the quality of in-flight products, services, and amenities, including the management of passenger feedback and complaints. Provide timely and constructive feedback to relevant departments to facilitate necessary adjustments in product quality, quantity, and specifications.
  • Act as a delegate for the Cabin Crew Manager, assuming full responsibilities in their absence or unavailability, as required.
  • Be based and perform duties at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of flying experience is required, with previous experience at a managerial or supervisory level highly preferred.
  • Demonstrable excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-focused role, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Possess essential soft skills, including strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, crucial for developing and implementing standard practices aligned with corporate policy, legal regulations, and service excellence standards.
  • A working understanding of airline legal agreements, particularly training agreements and Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regulations, is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in achieving results through the effective management and motivation of large work groups would be a distinct advantage.
