Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all catering operations at the station.

Coordinate and monitor catering requirements with cabin crew and suppliers to ensure aircraft uplift.

Control cost-effectiveness of catering operations for the station.

Ensure safety aspects of personnel and equipment during catering handling.
-
Resolve issues and discrepancies related to catering operations.
-
Monitor the performance of catering staff against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-
Manage stock levels of amenities, Food & Beverage, and catering equipment.
-
Adhere to alcohol, drug, and psychoactive substances procedures.
-
Report to the In-flight Service Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically in catering.

Background in airline operations.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of Ground Operations and/or Customer Services.
-
Experience in airline operations and/or ramp handling.
