Catering Operations Coordinator - Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

Join our dynamic team at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) as a Catering Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all catering operations at the station.
• Coordinate and monitor catering requirements with cabin crew and suppliers to ensure aircraft uplift.
• Control cost-effectiveness of catering operations for the station.
• Ensure safety aspects of personnel and equipment during catering handling.
• Resolve issues and discrepancies related to catering operations.
• Monitor the performance of catering staff against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage stock levels of amenities, Food & Beverage, and catering equipment.
• Adhere to alcohol, drug, and psychoactive substances procedures.
• Report to the In-flight Service Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation industry, specifically in catering.
• Background in airline operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ground Operations and/or Customer Services.
• Experience in airline operations and/or ramp handling.
